Mr. Livermont has over twenty years experience in business and government services, as well as advanced training in business analysis, project management, and process reengineering. Previously, he has been an officer with Wells Fargo Bank South Dakota, a program manager in business development of the United States Department of the Interior, and technical consultant to a very successful start-up tribal business development fund. Mr. Livermont holds a Bachelor of Science degree from South Dakota State University and is a member of the Oglala Sioux Tribe. He has been with Pergroup since 2001.
